These terms govern your use of simpleinjection.com (the “Website”), the Simple Injection cloud dashboard at dashboard.simpleinjection.com (the “Dashboard”), and the Simple Injection plugins for OpenAI and Anthropic (the “Plugins”), together the “Services”. Simple Injection LLC (“we”, “us”) provides the Services. By using them you agree to these terms.
The Website
The Website provides product information, resources, and quote and contact forms. Product descriptions, specifications, sizing tools, and recommendations are provided for general guidance. Confirm suitability for your application, fluids, and site conditions with us before purchase. Quotes are not binding until confirmed in writing by us.
Accounts and the Dashboard
The Dashboard provides field telemetry, pump and tank status, alarms, and remote control of connected equipment. Use it only with an account and equipment you are authorized to access. Keep your credentials and API keys private, and tell us promptly if you suspect they have been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not attempt to bypass account permissions, access another company’s data, or interfere with or overload the Services.
The Plugins (OpenAI and Anthropic)
The Plugins let you use the Simple Injection Dashboard from an AI assistant, such as ChatGPT or Claude, to view authorized field telemetry and pump status and to request supported remote operations. A Plugin acts within the same access scope that the connected user already has in the Dashboard. It does not grant additional permissions.
- Use the Plugins only with an account and equipment you are authorized to access.
- For remote operations, identify the intended device and the requested change clearly. Follow the operating procedures that apply to your equipment and site.
- Confirm the Dashboard’s returned result before treating a command as successful.
- AI assistants can misunderstand requests or produce errors. You remain responsible for reviewing every action before and after it is carried out, and for any operation performed through your account.
- The Plugins are made available through third-party platforms operated by OpenAI and Anthropic. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and we do not control them.
Equipment safety
Remote operation does not replace on-site safety practices. Chemical injection equipment can affect people, property, and the environment. Do not rely on the Services as the only safeguard for safety-critical conditions, and keep local controls, alarms, and procedures in place. Telemetry may be delayed or unavailable when cellular coverage, power, or equipment is interrupted.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Services unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe or test their security without our written permission, reverse engineer them, scrape them at scale, or use them to harm others. We may suspend or restrict access that we reasonably believe violates these terms or threatens the Services or other users.
Intellectual property
The Services, including their content, software, and trademarks, belong to Simple Injection or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your own business operations. Your data remains yours, and you allow us to process it as needed to provide the Services.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, including the Plugins, at any time.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Equipment purchases are covered by the warranty in your quote or order documents. To the extent permitted by law, Simple Injection is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss arising from commands issued through your account, from telemetry delays or outages, or from third-party platforms. Our total liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
