Built for aggressive chemicals
Wetted components decide how long a pump lasts on harsh chemistry. Our fluid ends use 316 stainless steel, solid ceramic plungers, super duplex suction balls, ceramic discharge balls, and energized PTFE/FFKM seals.
Acids vary widely by type and concentration, and no single material suits all of them. Always confirm compatibility with your specific product, concentration, and safety data sheet. Our team will review your chemical and conditions before you order.
Precise dosing, accurate every stroke
Positive displacement plunger pumps deliver a repeatable volume per stroke regardless of backpressure, which is what makes them suited to chemical metering. Variable speed control and calibrated plunger sizes let you dial in the dose, and PPM mode holds a target concentration.
| Plunger size | Max rate per head | Max pressure |
|---|---|---|
| 1/4" | 17 GPD | 6,000 PSI |
| 3/8" | 37.5 GPD | 3,000 PSI |
| 1/2" | 70 GPD | 1,250 PSI |
| 1-1/2" | 600 GPD | 300 PSI |
Safer to run, easier to watch
Remote monitoring means fewer trips to a site holding aggressive chemicals. SpeedGoat reports tank level, injection status, and alarms to the cloud dashboard at no monthly cost, and secondary containment on our skids keeps leaks contained.

Frequently asked questions
Can your pumps handle acid?
We work with most flow assurance chemicals used in oil and gas. Acid compatibility depends on type and concentration, so we review your specific chemical and conditions before quoting.
What materials contact the chemical?
316 stainless steel, solid ceramic plungers, PTFE/FFKM energized seals, super duplex suction ball, and ceramic discharge ball.
Is the pump hazardous-location certified?
Yes, Class 1 Division 2.
